## Scope

Queensland, Australia. The health service's own staff report that at the start of data collection, from August to October 2025, around 280 clinicians from professions including speech pathology had been given access to an AI scribe; that 77.7% of clinician respondents agreed it helped them save time; and that clinicians emphasised reviewing AI-generated documentation for accuracy and patient safety. One health service; results are not reported separately for speech pathology, time saved is self-reported, and it says nothing about coaching families.

## What this means

In at least one public health service, speech pathologists' notes are now drafted by an AI scribe and checked by the clinician.

## What it does not show yet

One service, no separate results for speech pathology, and self-reported time savings.

## How to verify it yourself
