The agreement says producers may require employees to use any AI system or its output in covered work; that producers will not require an employee to provide prompts in a manner that results in the displacement of any covered employee; and that a producer shall give advance written notice to an employee who might be asked or required to use a generative AI system. It is one collective agreement for one set of employers.
