Singapore's social ministry says agencies refer cases to one another and share case updates through Case Connect, a platform launched in 2021

Evidence stage
DeploymentAn employer has put it into production. Can move the baseline — weighted by scale and how similar the setting is.
Tasks this bears on
Connecting clients to services
Referring clients to financial assistance, housing, health and other services, and following up with the agencies involved.
Being augmented✓ Evidence-backed
Where this applies
Singapore, social-service agencies and government offices. The minister said that an employment agency can link a client up with a social service office using Case Connect, an online platform launched the year before; that through it agencies can refer cases to one another, share case updates, discuss next steps and bring in more partners; and that this makes it easier to coordinate and keep track of case updates. A companion system, One Client View, lets officers see a client's assistance across agencies. It is a coordination platform; the speech does not say any part of a referral decision is automated, or give volumes or time saved.
What this means
In Singapore the paperwork of passing a family between agencies runs on a shared platform; deciding where to refer and pushing it through is still a person's job.
What it does not yet show
A minister's description of a government platform; it gives no usage figures and says nothing about AI or caseworkers' time.
What you can check
Open the MSF speech at the Committee of Supply 2022 and find "agencies can refer cases to one another".
Does it change the assessment?
No. The impact index is never moved by a single event. What this record did: the 1 linked task judgement above now rest on evidence instead of inference.
