Where this applies
Spain. Article 147 of the notarial regulation says the notary shall draft the public instrument according to the common will of the parties, which the notary must ascertain, interpret and fit to the legal order, and shall inform them of the value and scope of the drafting. The article's current version has been in force since 16 June 2008, after the Supreme Court annulled other passages of it; the quoted first paragraph is valid. It assigns the drafting to the notary; it does not bar tools.
What this means
In Spain, writing the deed is the notary's own legal duty, including finding out what the parties actually want.
What it does not yet show
One country's regulation; it says who answers for the drafting, not which tools may help.
What you can check
Open the consolidated Notarial Regulation on BOE, go to Article 147, and find "El notario redactará el instrumento público".
Does it change the assessment?
No. The impact index is never moved by a single event. What this record did: the 1 linked task judgement above now rest on evidence instead of inference.
