DeploymentAn employer has put it into production. Can move the baseline — weighted by scale and how similar the setting is.
Tasks this bears on
Scheduling and correspondence
Finding the slot six people can make, drafting the reply, chasing the confirmation, rescheduling when it all moves.
Automating✓ Evidence-backed
Operating the executive's assistants
Configuring, supervising and correcting the software assistants that now handle the routine — and catching what they get wrong.

Where this applies
One company's internal tool, announced by the executive who owns it, on the day the rollout began — a rollout to 90,000 people is a plan for most of those people until they have it. Cisco describes supervised execution, not autonomy: 'employees still set intent, apply judgment, and remain accountable for outcomes.' No usage figure, no task volume, and no statement about roles. Cisco also sells AI infrastructure, so an internal deployment is a product reference as well as an operations decision.
What this means
The tasks named here — moving something forward across a mail client, a chat tool, a ticket system and a document store — are the working definition of an administrative assistant's day. What could change first is not who does them but who is allowed to ask: when every employee can delegate a multi-step errand to a system, demand for a person to delegate it to may fall — though Cisco reports no usage and nothing about roles.
What it does not yet show
Cisco publishes no measure of what MyAgent actually completes, and an enterprise rollout number is a licence count, not usage. Nothing here touches the parts of the job that are about people: knowing whose meeting can be moved, which request to refuse on your principal's behalf, and what not to put in writing.
What you can check
Watch the direction of requests in your own organisation. If colleagues who used to send you a request now send you the output of one and ask you to check it, the coordination half of the job has already moved and the judgement half is what you are being paid for — price yourself accordingly. The concrete signal is the job ads: when your employer next posts your role, see whether 'calendar and inbox management' is still in the first three bullets.
Does it change the assessment?
No. The impact index is never moved by a single event. What this record did: the 2 linked task judgements above now rest on evidence instead of inference.
