Where this applies
Singapore. The Act defines estate agency work as work done for a client in introducing a buyer or seller or in negotiating the acquisition or disposal of property; it says a person must not act as an estate agent unless licensed, and must not act as a salesperson for a licensed agent unless registered, with fines and imprisonment for breach. Sections 28 and 29 carry no amendment annotation. The licensee can be a company, and the Act does not address AI-drafted offers.
What this means
In Singapore, the paid negotiation between buyer and seller is reserved for licensed and registered people.
What it does not yet show
One country's licensing law; it says who may be paid to negotiate, not which tools they may use.
What you can check
Open the Estate Agents Act 2010 on Singapore Statutes Online, go to section 28, and find "unless he or she is a licensed estate agent".
Does it change the assessment?
No. The impact index is never moved by a single event. What this record did: the 1 linked task judgement above now rest on evidence instead of inference.
